Okay so first of all lets get this straight, I am not a fan following fan Dress. Personally i don't even think the dress is that nice but Apparently both Cheryl Cole and Beyonce Knowles disagree with me and they both wore the dress. Cheryl wore the dress on X-factor and Beyone wore it to the EMA's. The dress is designed by David Koma. I don't actually know why its called the 'Dustbin dress' apparently it was because so many people tweeted that the dress resembled a Dustbin Lid. But it was a fashion risk and I'm not too sure whether it payed off but i can certainly say, The Dustbin dress should remain where it belongs.....
