Okay maybe i was over exaggerating with the title hot mess. But that outfit is not doing any favours for her curves, bust area nothing. She looks "frumpy".
Apart from her beautiful radiant skin tone and awsomely hot heels.
I would overall give this outfit a Hot 3/10.
Not to be harsh, its just next time hopefully she would make sure her clothes compliment her instead of looking like they hate her.
